Lifeline Packers and Movers Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lifeline Packers and Movers website (the “Site”) and the moving services offered by Lifeline Packers and Movers (“Lifeline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for your informational purposes only. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that interferes with the Site’s operation.

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lifeline or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of the content without our express written permission.
Moving Services
Estimates and Quotes: Quotes provided through the Site are estimates only and may not reflect the final cost of your move. The final cost will be determined based on the actual weight and volume of your belongings, the distance of your move, and any additional services requested.
Booking and Payment: To book a move, you will be required to provide certain information and agree to the terms of service outlined in these Terms and a separate service agreement you will receive. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that all items you wish to move are properly packed and prepared for transport. Lifeline is not responsible for any damage caused to improperly packed items. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for moving your belongings.
Liability: Lifeline’s liability for loss or damage to your belongings is limited as outlined in the service agreement. We recommend you purchase moving insurance for additional protection.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site or Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by arbitration in Gurgaon, India.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifeline regarding your use of the Site and Services.
